Datacentre network hardware replacement - Affects Teal and Grape station servers.

OVHCloud have begun maintenance works on the network hardware replacement. Once they provide further progress information we will update this maintenance notice. At time of writing Grape and Teal are still available for use.

How long is the maintenance expected to last?

OVHCloud have estimated the works will take no longer than 60 minutes.

Which servers are affected?

The Grape and Teal station servers are affected. No other station servers are involved.

What is happening?

Our server provider, OVHCloud, have made us aware they need to perform maintenance on networking hardware in their datacenter which may affect access to the Teal and Grape station servers.

What should I expect?

As this maintenance involves a core part of stations hosted on these servers unfortunately stations may be unreachable during the maintenance window.

OVHCloud will be posting updates on their maintenance which can be viewed during the works at this link.
