This issue is now fully resolved although our team remains to monitor it.
The issue was caused by a configuration error during a server upgrade. The error came as part of our efforts to upgrade the systems and our staging environment. This is used for performing behind the scenes work and testing to avoid any major outages on live systems.
This error has now been fixed and rolled back. Our Dev Ops team will be fully investigating to ensure this doesn't happen again.

A small number of clients may be seeing issues with Now Playing not updating. Our Dev Ops team are looking into this.
