Monitoring — The Gold Station server is now available following a major hardware failure resulting in 200 minutes of downtime. All stations should now be online. If your station is 'Off Air' please click the OFF/ON Air button in your dashboard sidebar. Diagnosis: A cooling failure in the server housing caused irreparable damage to the server motherboard, processor and memory. This resulted in a full server re-build by the data centre. Our service provider have ran through extensive diagnostics to ensure all replaced hardware is functioning and the server is performing as expected. Radio.co are monitoring performance for the next 12 hours. We do not expect any dataloss caused by this incident.
Identified — Gold.radio.co has suffered a hardware failure. The data centre team are currently working to replace defective components and rebuild the server. We have not yet been advised of a timescale at this time, therefore unfortunately cannot provide any ETA for Gold to be restored. Once restored, after system tests pass, your service should resume automatically. The Service status on this page for 'Station Server Status' is automated. Once it switches to 'Operational' the server will be available for use. Radio.co would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by this incident. A full Reason For Outage report will be available within 72 hours of this incident closing.
Identified — The technical team in our server provider's datacentre is still diagnosing the issue with gold at the moment. We have been advised an update will be available soon.
