Resolved — Our provider has confirmed the server is functioning with no further issues. This incident has been closed.
Monitoring — Disk verification has been completed and data is now being synchronised. We do not envisage any further downtime as a result of the work being undertaken. We are now monitoring the Cobalt server for any further issues. If you notice anything amiss, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
Identified — Our provider has found that the storage array is actually healthy, however, there were some inconsistencies between redundant drives. We have started a verification process to resynchronise the storage array. During this time, stations should be back online and working however we will continue to post updates here.
Investigating — Our hosting provider has confirmed there has been a storage array issue on the Cobalt station server. They are currently working to diagnose the severity of the problem and replace failed components.
