Monitoring — Network issues have been resolved. We are now monitoring the situation. Due to the nature of this incident, it may take up to 1 hour for network conditions to fully stabilise.
Identified — Our provider is currently working to restore full network capacity at the affected Data Centre.
Investigating — One of our data centre providers is currently experiencing network issues. This is affecting a portion of our streaming network and the following Station servers: Pink, Green, Orange, Blue, Dedicated. We are liaising with our provider in an attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Further updates will be provided on our status page.
