Monitoring — Due to issues affecting our billing system in December, a small number of transactions (between Dec 1st and Jan 5th) were delayed until January 9th-11th. Debits for pending payments made in December should now appear on your payment method statement. If you have received a debit you were not expecting and are unsure, please contact support at for clarification. Please note: Billing processing has resumed as normal moving forward. Any due payments from today will be processed as normal.
