Resolved — After 48 hours of monitoring the Azure server we are closing this incident. Additional monitoring has been put in place on all servers to ensure an outage of this length does not reoccur.
Monitoring — We identified a problem with the Azure station server which was causing resource usage to be consistently high. This caused the server to become unavailable during peaks of high usage. We have taken some action which has resolved the problem, however, we are currently monitoring the server to ensure this does not happen again. We will be conducting a review of this incident when we are confident it has been resolved to ensure a problem of this nature cannot occur again.
