Resolved — Reason For Outage Report - At 07:30UTC one of our station servers located in the USA (red.radio.co) experienced power loss. This was due to emergency maintenance carried out by the data centre to replace a faulty switch. The switch and power supply cords were replaced and service was restored at 08:12UTC. Our provider has ensured us the hardware replacement was successful and no further emergency maintenance is required.
Resolved — Our provider has restored access to the RED station server. All stations should now be online. No other station servers were affected by this issue. If you are still having issues please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused. An RFO will be provided as an update to this issue.
Identified — Our server provider detected a hardware fault with one of the network switches on the server rack where red.radio.co is situated. They are currently in the process of replacing the network switch. Access to stations on red.radio.co should be available soon. We will confirm in a further update. Radio.co would like to apologise for any inconvenience during this time.
