DJ User Permissions Error

Resolved — Access to the dashboard for the standard DJ user has been restored.

Identified — We have identified the issue and are currently working on a fix. We will post another update when the issue has been resolved. In the meantime, you may wish to temporarily change the user role for the DJ on your account. This can be done by clicking the pencil icon next to the user in the Users section of your account. Note: The Owner, Station Manager, Music Controller and Guest DJ roles are not affected by this issue.

Investigating — Development are currently investigating reports of the DJ user role not having the required permissions to use the Dashboard. We will post updates here when we know more about the issues.
