Resolved — Our provider has confirmed the network issue has been resolved. This was caused by a switching fault. The faulty hardware has been replaced. If you are still having issues with your Grey station, please contact support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Monitoring — Network access has been restored. We are now monitoring Grey for the next 10 minutes to ensure network activity stabilises. If your station is off air or silent, please turn it on, or restart it using the On/Off air toggle in your dashboard sidebar.
Identified — Our service provider has identified the issue and is working to restore service. We will provide further updates once they confirm the issue has been resolved.
Investigating — Monitoring — Due to general networking issues at our Montreal based data centre, the Grey station server is currently unavailable. We are working with our provider to restore service. We will provide further updates as we receive them. Users on other station servers (not grey.radio.co) are NOT affected.
