Investigating — We are currently aware of issues affecting real-time reports data. During this time you may notice that your Realtime view does not behave as expected and listener data takes a while to register. Historical reports (Overview, Track Summary etc) are unaffected and you can still gather data collected before this issue began. We are investigating the cause of this issue and are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
