Resolved — We have learned the issue affecting one of the main US data carriers should be resolved. This incident is now marked as resolved. If you continue to have issues with slow uploads, please contact support at https://help.radio.co so they can investigate.
Monitoring — We have been advised one of the major backbone carriers in the US are experiencing issues. This could cause slow file uploads or failed DJ connections. If you are experiencing any issues we advise to contact your ISP. It has been noted, affected station servers could be: Silver, White, Gold, Azure, Grey, Purple. This is completely dependent on your ISP or location. User's in countries other than the US are not affected.
