Resolved — We have determined that the issue today was caused by some services which funnel traffic into Radio.co ran out of resources required to operate, causing them to fail. This appears to be somewhat related to previous incidents and as such we have significantly increased resources available to prevent further problems from occurring. We are also investigating ways to optimise other key areas of the system in order to more efficiently handle traffic. We apologise once again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Monitoring — We have successfully restored access to studio.radio.co. We are now working with our infrastructure partner to determine what went wrong, and we will be issuing an RFO here as soon as we can. Radio.co would like to thank you for your patience during this time, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Investigating — We are aware of an issue with a recent infrastructure deployment which is currently causing issues. We are attempting to rectify the problem to restore service as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
