Resolved — This issue has now been resolved and an update has been applied to all our station servers. We recommend power cycling your station by clicking the 'On Air' indicator in the sidebar to reload your settings if you have experienced issues with cue points.
Identified — Development is aware of an issue affecting cue points if a station is using our beta Volume Normalisation feature. If your station is ignoring cue points on tracks, we recommend disabling volume normalisation via Settings > Broadcast for the time being. As Volume Normalisation is a beta feature, we are unable to provide any ETA on when this issue will be resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
