Monitoring — RFO: Due to a RAID rebuild failure the Rose server halted resulting in downtime. The Data centre technicians were able to restore access to the server at 15:00UTC. Due to the data sensitive nature of this issue we will be scheduling maintenance on Monday October 26th through Tuesday 27th to migrate the Rose server contents onto new hardware. This maintenance window will exceed 24 hours.
Monitoring — Update: The data centre will remain monitoring the server for the next 24 hours. Server health has been stable since it returned online at 15:00UTC. We will keep this incident open as 'Monitoring' for the next 24 hours.
Monitoring — The Rose station server is now online. The Data centre team have not yet confirmed the incident is closed. We continue to monitor the situation. Identified — The server halted due to an unknown issue. Data centre staff are performing disk redundancy checks prior to powering up the server. Unfortunately we do not have a timeframe for this as the process can vary. Further updates will be provided shortly. A Reason for Outage report will be available once server access has been restored.
Investigating — Due to issues in the server rack, the Rose station server is currently unavailable. Datacentre technicians are assessing the issue. Further updates will follow. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
