Recovering

THG Hosting have implemented a workaround to restore connectivity to the server. After numerous checks by our DevOps team intermittent streaming issues should now be resolved.

If you continue to experience problems please reach out to us at help@radio.co so we can investigate.

We are waiting for a Reason For Outage (RFO) report from THG Hosting in order to find out the root cause of the problem and, if possible, put measures in place to reduce the chances of this happening in the future.

Once again we would like to apologise for the inevitable inconvenience this has caused.

We continue to monitor the situation. At time of writing the server is responding. We are still awaiting further information from our provider, THG Hosting. We will keep this incident ‘Open’ until more information is provided by them.

Our provider is still diagnosing the issue, unfortunately we don't have a further update at this time.

Network engineers at our provider continue to investigate the issue. We will provide further updates as we receive them.

Our server provider, THG, have advised their network engineers are still investigating the cause of this issue.

Investigating

We are aware of an issue affecting the Rose station server.

Stations on Rose may be experiencing intermittent dropouts when listeners connect to the stream. We've opened a ticket with our server provider for this to be reviewed.

Soon as an update is available, we'll let you know.
