We've now resolved the incident. Performance of Grove and Lilac was affected by a switching issue at the data centre. Our provider has replaced the effective hardware and confirmed it has been resolved.

Grove and Lilac performance has been restored.

We remain in contact with our service provider regarding these issues. Once we confirm the issue has been resolved we will conclude this incident.

Investigating

We are currently investigating performance issues with two of our station servers hosted with the same provider. We are liaising with the service provider to isolate the cause and rectify the issue.
