We've been able to resolve access to the Radio.co iOS Studio App. Other Login with Radio.co services are still affected.

Investigating

We're currently investigating issues affecting some users access 'Login with Radio.co' services.

This is likely:

  • Radio.co Studio Mobile App (iOS and Android) - Not customer apps
  • Broadcast Using This Tool (via the Radio.co integration)

For users of the mobile app, we recommend accessing your dashboard via https://studio.radio.co - this is available for mobile and tablet devices.

For BUTT users, if you are unable to authenticate we recommend using your live credentials found in your dashboard by manually adding using the 'SHOUTcast' server option in the BUTT settings window.

Once we have more information and a resolution we will update this incident.
