Station Software Update and Planned Restarts
We’ve released an update to our station software which includes important stability fixes.
Some stations will need to be restarted to apply the update. We’ve contacted affected customers directly via email and asked them to restart their station at a suitable time before Monday 24 August.
Any affected stations that have not already been restarted will be restarted by us from 08:00 UTC, 9am UK, on Monday.
Customers who restart their station before then will not be restarted again on Monday.
