Station Maintenance - Jade & Orchid Servers – July 21st (8:00am BST / 7:00am GMT)

Stations hosted on Jade and Orchid are scheduled for migration to new hardware (Tatsu and Viper) on July 21st.

Stations hosted on other servers are not affected.

⏱️ When is the migration happening?

The maintenance window will run from 8:00am to 10:00am BST (That’s 3:00am – 5:00am EDT / 12:00am – 2:00am PDT / 3:00pm – 5:00pm SGT).

💡 Why is this happening?

The server has now reached end-of-life. In line with our wider upgrade plans, we’re moving affected stations to improved, more resilient infrastructure.

🚚 Where will my station move to?

Stations on Jade will be migrated to Tatsu and stations on Orchid will be migrated to Viper.

🔌 Will there be any downtime?

Yes, stations will experience under 5 minutes of downtime. If your station has FTP enabled, it will be disabled for a while during the migration. We can’t guarantee the exact time your station will be affected, but we’ll aim to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.

🛑 Can I opt out of this migration?

Unfortunately not. This migration is essential for long-term stability, but rest assured we’re taking care to handle it as smoothly as possible.

📍What do I need to know?

From your listeners’ perspective, everything will remain the same. However, Live DJ and FTP credentials may be updated, so we recommend checking your dashboard after the migration and informing any DJs who connect live or users that access FTP for uploads.
