Scheduled Maintenance – Topaz & Navy Server Migration (July 2nd)

• When: Wednesday, 2nd July
• Time: 09:00am–12:00pm (midday) BST (4:00–7:00am EDT / 1:00–4:00am PDT / 4:00–7:00pm SGT)
• Expected Downtime: Up to 30 minutes per affected station

We will be migrating all stations currently hosted on the Topaz and Navy servers to new hardware during this maintenance window as follows:

• Topaz → Maple
• Navy → Denim

Only stations on the Topaz and Navy servers are affected. If your station is not hosted on these, you will NOT experience any downtime or changes.

Why is this happening?

This migration is part of our broader infrastructure upgrade programme, aimed at improving reliability and long-term performance. As these are older servers, we are moving to newer hardware.

What can I expect?

• Downtime: Up to 30 minutes within the maintenance window. The exact timing will vary per station.
• Live DJ Credentials: These may be updated during the migration. Please check your dashboard afterwards and inform any DJs who broadcast live.
• Player and Listener Experience: There will be no changes to public-facing player links or stream URLs.

Can I opt out?

No. This migration is essential to maintain stability and performance. We're taking all necessary steps to minimise disruption.
