Transcoder Migration - Sage Transcoder

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

As part of our ongoing drive to improve our infrastructure we're migrating stations from sage.radio.co to basil.radio.co for increased server performance and reliance.

You should expect up to 30 minutes of disruption in the maintenance window while we switch you over to the new server.

What you should expect

• During the migration, your station will temporarily go 'Off Air' and then power back on automatically.
• Your uploaded files will be moved to the new server.
• Your listen links, players, and apps will continue to operate as normal with no changes required.
• Your FTP (if applicable)/Live DJ 'Host' will change from sage.radio.co to basil.radio.co. While we recommend updating your live broadcaster details after maintenance to reflect this change, however the old slate links will continue to function.
• If you have multiple stations on your account, only those hosted on slate.radio.co will be affected. You can verify which server your station is hosted on by looking at the Live DJ bar at the top of your dashboard.

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise. Our goal is to enhance your experience and provide you with the most reliable service possible.
