Scheduled Maintenance – Teal Server Migration (June 11th)

• When: Wednesday, 11th June
• Time: 11:00am–1:00pm BST (6:00–8:00am EDT / 3:00–5:00am PDT / 6:00–8:00pm SGT)
• Expected Downtime: Up to 15 minutes per affected station

We will be migrating all stations currently hosted on the Teal server to new hardware (Cyan) during this maintenance window.

Only stations on the Teal server are affected. If your station is not hosted on Teal, you will NOT experience any downtime or changes.

Why is this happening?

Teal has recently experienced hardware issues and has now reached end-of-life. This migration is part of our broader infrastructure upgrade programme, aimed at improving reliability and long-term performance.

What can I expect?

• Downtime: Up to 30 minutes within the maintenance window. The exact timing will vary per station.
• Live DJ Credentials: These may be updated during the migration. Please check your dashboard afterwards and inform any DJs who broadcast live.
• Player and Listener Experience: There will be no changes to public-facing player links or stream URLs.

Can I opt out?

No. This migration is essential to maintain stability and performance. We're taking all necessary steps to minimise disruption.
